Activity Information

The Bounce In to Basketball sessions are an open session for children (Boys and Girls) between the ages of 9 and 11 (year groups 4 to 6)

With our coaches focused on creating a fun environment where the aspects of fundamental movement are blended with activities and games with the core skills of basketball as a focus.

The key areas of shooting, dribbling, passing and footwork are developed, with the children getting the opportunity to apply these skills in games.

The session's duration is usually 1 hour and 30 minutes in duration and is divided in to 3 segments focusing on skill development, small sided games and match play.

Sessions are up-tempo, exciting and fun with a view to instilling a passion for the sport.

There are currently 60 places per week available with pay to play, and block booking subscription options.

Children who excel and are identified as talented in these sessions, may be sign posted to our U12's Academy the start of our junior national league pathway.
