Activity Information
During this 2-hour session, you will have a safety brief, a full on-land warm-up, an introduction to paddling and about 1-1.5h of paddling on the Leeds-Liverpool canal. Monday and Wednesday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm as well as every Sunday from 11am to 1pm
The club will provide a paddle and a buoyancy aid to everyone. We don't have changing rooms or toilets so please come already in sportswear (we'd recommend some trainers, shorts or leggings and depending on the temperature sometimes a base layer and a jumper or a thin waterproof jacket if it's raining - basically what you would wear to go for a run).
Bring a bottle of water to take with you in the boat.
