Activity Information

A one hour session which includes a warm up and cool down. Sessions are structured so distance will vary between 2-5 miles (3-8km) depending on the level of experience of individual runners. Also some sessions may involve the stuff we know runners don't always do on their own such as hill reps, sprints and technique work.
